Delivery Fees:

A flat-rate delivery fee of $10 applies to all local shipments.
Pick-Up Option:

Customers can choose to pick up their order at our designated location at Bloor/Yonge Station once a week.

Damages & Issues:

We take great care in packaging your plants, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds:

Due to the perishable nature of plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.
